We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

We deliver via courier to a physical address (NOT a PO Box Number) and require a signature. A business address may be an appropriate option to ensure the availability for a signature upon receipt of product(s). We only deliver within New Zealand.
Freight Charges: $5.00 per order. Orders over $200 have FREE shipping.
We trust you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.

We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) which will coincide with your Order number. Please provide product description(s) of the item(s) which are being returned and the reason(s) for that return. Any notice given by you after this period of 7 days shall not be effective to entitle you to return your goods or receive a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that been opened or used. Please note that the item(s) must be returned within 14 working days of delivery of the goods to you; return is the customer’s responsibility.
Products damaged in trust
Our courier company require notification within 24 hours of delivery of any damaged in transit goods for insurance claim purposes. In this instance due to time restrictions please email CUSTSERV@ceres.co.nz or telephone 0505 4 23737 ext 824. We will arrange a re-send.
You received an incorrect product

We will arrange courier collection of the incorrect product and send out the correct product. All returns must be in their original packaging and original condition.
You had an allergic reaction
We offer a full refund with a fully complete and product return within 14 days of delivery. This information is sent to WALA, who manufacture Dr.Hauschka Skin Care. Please email email@example.com for the form. We will arrange courier collection of the product.
