I appreciate that the products and shipping materials are packaged sustainably.
Unfortunately the scent of the balancing day lotion smells too much like the essential oil based insect repellant that I use, and I can’t stand that smell.
My boyfriend even asked why I put on insect repellant when he smelled it for the first time.
I am also disappointed with the smell of the balancing toner. I can’t describe it, except that it’s not pleasant.
I have to try and mask the scent with a rose toner that I previously used.
I was really hoping to love these products because they seem like high quality ingredients and they’re not full of toxic junk.
Unfortunately at this price point I’m not willing to risk ordering something else that I won’t end up liking.
The bronzer doesn’t have a particularly noticeable smell. It adds a slight tint to my skin tone which looks natural.
