Return Policy

Dr. Hauschka Skin Care authentically ensures the purity and quality of our product line. Product may be returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, defective product or product damaged in shipment. *

To return product purchased directly from Dr. Hauschka Skin Care:

Product purchased directly from Dr. Hauschka Skin Care may be returned, in lightly used condition, within 45 days of purchase for a refund. A merchandise credit may be issued, for lightly used product, purchased outside of 45 days provided product is not expired or discontinued. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received, by our Returns Department, before a refund or merchandise credit will be processed.

You may use the courier of your choosing. Please note Dr. Hauschka Skin Care is not responsible for returned product lost in shipment.

Please include the following with your return:

  • Name, address, phone number and the reason for the return.
  • For a merchandise credit, please indicate what products you would like us to apply the merchandise credit to. Please note credit is not applicable to shipping charges or sales tax. Merchandise Credit must be utilized within 6 months from date of issue.

To return product purchased from an authorized Dr. Hauschka Retailer:

If you purchased product from an authorized Dr. Hauschka retailer, we encourage you to contact that retailer to process your return. If you are unable to return the product to the authorized retailer then you may be able to return the product to Dr. Hauschka Skin Care. We do not accept the return of product purchased from eBay, unauthorized Amazon retailers or any other unauthorized retailer of Dr. Hauschka Skin Care products.

We will accept returns of lightly used product(s) purchased from an authorized Dr. Hauschka Skin Care Retailer for merchandise credit only. Expired or discontinued product is not eligible for a merchandise credit. Merchandise Credit will not exceed the Suggested Retail Price set by Dr. Hauschka Skin Care. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received, by our Returns Department, before the merchandise credit will be processed.

  • For your merchandise credit, please indicate what products you would like us to apply the merchandise credit to. Please note credits are not applicable to shipping charges or sales tax. Merchandise Credit must be utilized within 6 months from date of issue.
