Sales Coordinator - South Deerfield

Your primary responsibilities as a Sales Coordinator would be to:    

  • Educate customers over the phone on products and ingredients, explain proper usage, and make recommendations for purchase to support sales

  • Resolve problems to meet or exceed customer expectations

  • Proactively reach out to accounts to support and generate sales

  • Process customer orders received over the phone and electronically

Qualifications and Skills you will need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service and inside sales

  • Familiarity with retail or wholesale sales environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relational databases

  • CRM experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

  • Excellent reflective listening and persuasion skills

  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and foster goodwill with customers

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Ability to sit or stand while handling phone calls for 4-5 hours at a stretch
