Discreetly flattering
It is low-key make-up that achieves its effect by skilful understatement with light opacity and smooth transitions. For the nude look, less is more.
How to achieve the look
Apply shade 01 over the entire eyelid. Then emphasise three areas with shade 02: the lid crease, the upper lash line and the lower lash line. The lashes remain natural and only a light layer of mascara is applied. For lips with natural-looking shine, apply Dr. Hauschka Lip Care Stick.
Tip
Create this minimalistic look by starting with a natural balanced complexion. Hide minor blemishes, areas of redness and shadows with the Concealer and then apply the Foundation to match your skin tone.

How to achieve the look
The basis is the nude look (see previous page): shade 01 on the whole eyelid and a little shade 02 on the crease and the upper and lower lash lines. In addition, highlight the outer corner of the eye above and below with the darker shade: apply a little shade 03 and spread it gently towards the inner corner of the eye. For more depth, also apply Kajal Eyeliner 04 to the outer corner of the eye and blend with the applicator. Use Volume Mascara to emphasise your lashes. Create the perfect lips for the look by applying Lipliner 03 and Lipstick Novum 09.
Tip
To lift the eye shape and make the eyes appear more open, begin applying shade 03 in the middle of your lower eyelid. From there, apply the shade in one stroke to the outer corner of the eye and along the lash line back to the middle.

There is always a special occasion – so here is the make-up for your next big event: highlight your eyes expressively and treat your lips to pure colour.
How to achieve the look
Prime your eyelid with shade 01 and then use shade 02 to emphasise the crease and the lower and upper lash lines. Now apply a little shade 04 with a tapered brush and then dampen the brush with Facial Toner. Apply plenty of eyeliner, running past the corner of the eye out towards the brow. Use a small dot to mark the end of the lid line in advance. This makes a precise curve possible. In this look, a strong coating of Volume Mascara is applied to the upper lashes, while the lower lashes are only slightly highlighted. Outline the lips with Lipliner 05 before applying
Lipstick 04.
Tip
Take a deep breath before applying the eyeliner so that you can hold your breath for a moment to draw a precise line.

Step 1
In the first step, prime the entire upper eyelid with shade 01.

Apply shade 02 to the crease of the eyelid. The best way to apply the eye shadow is with a brush.

Draw lower and upper lid lines using the Kajal Black, spreading the upper lid line toward the brow.

In order to enhance the effect of the eyeliner, apply shade 04 with the tapered brush directly over the kajal line.

Apply shade 04 to the lower lash line and spread this gently outwards towards the corner of the eye.

Create a transition from the outer corner of the eye up to the eyebrows with shade 03.

Finally, create glamorous accents by applying Eyeshadow 01 directly below the eyebrows. Finish the look with the perfect lips by applying Lipliner 03 and
Lip Gloss 01.

Tip
If you are wearing dark eye make-up, reduce the amount of colour on your cheeks and lips. Use just a little Bronzing Powder and a delicate Lip Gloss.
YOUR EYEBROWS
Complete every look
Groomed eyebrows form the framework for the make-up that you have just created. They are important for a harmonious overall appearance. So take a moment to look in the mirror and see how your whole face looks more open.
To find the right shade
Use your hair colour as a basis. Generally your eyebrows should not be lighter than your hair colour, but rather a touch darker. Or if you prefer to go for a dramatic look you can use a darker shade to quickly make eyebrows more thicker and prominent.
To extend your eyebrows
Start drawing above the bridge of your nose and apply the right colour with the eyebrow brush in small fine strokes in the direction of growth of the eyebrow hairs.
How to find the right shape
All you need is a pen.
- 1. Hold the pen perpendicular to your nose: the starting point for both brows is on this straight line.
- 2. Use the pen to form a line from the tip of the nose through the iris: This point marks the highest point of your brow arch.
- 3. Align the pen from the nostrils to the corner of the eye: this is the line where the brow should end.
The applicator is very versatile
The duo applicator is suitable for your eyes as well as your eyebrows. You can use the tapered side to accentuate brows and draw in missing hairs. Tip: the slanted side is also ideal for applying eyeliner precisely. To apply eye shadow, use the straight side: the Blender Brush with its rounded brush hair is perfect for a generous application of colour.
