Then head for your living room instead. A foot bath with Spruce Warming Bath Essence is a wonderful way to relax after a long, hard day. It harmonises and stimulates the flow of heat throughout the body. The sense of relaxation kicks in after just a couple of minutes: we let go of the stresses of the day and become at one with our body. While the precious plant oils pamper our feet, the scent of the essential spruce oil lets us breathe freely – as though taking a stroll through a forest.

The trick to a good foot bath.

Use a container that is big enough for you to comfortably place your feet next to each other. Fill with enough warm water to cover your ankles, add 1 – 2 capfuls of Spruce Warming Bath Essence and stir gently. For the essential oils to take optimum effect, we recommend a water temperature of 35 – 39°C. Now place your feet in the bowl and make yourself comfortable. Enjoy the warmth and the chance to just stop and relax for a while. After 10 – 15 minutes, you can dry your feet and put on some woolly socks to keep them warm.

The power of spruce.

The power of spruce.

The quiet twitter of birds and spicy aroma of pine trees – a walk through the forest clears the head and leaves you calm and invigorated. The essential oil obtained from spruce needles is also a valuable ‘stress reliever’. It is both stimulating and relaxing to provide optimum balance at the end of a strenuous day. A bath with spruce needle oil is blissfully warming in winter or at any other time of year.
